By booking our studio space, you agree to the following terms

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your rental
Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability

2. Arrival & Departure
Please arrive and leave within your booked time slot, including setup and cleanup
Extra time will result in an additional fee of $10 per 15 minutes

3. Use of Space
The studio may only be used for photography or videography purposes
No smoking, food, unopened drinks, confetti poppers, glitter, or open flames allowed
Props, furniture, and backdrops must be handled with care and returned to their original position.

4. Damage & Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, or property during your rental
The studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

5. Clean-Up Policy
Once your session is complete, kindly tidy up your area. If any mess was made during your session, we ask that you clean up after yourself and return all props to their original place. This helps keep the studio neat and ready for the next guest.

6. Noise & Neighbor Courtesy
Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect other tenants or neighboring businesses.

7. Equipment Use
Use of in-studio lighting and equipment is included unless otherwise noted
Any borrowed gear must be handled properly; damages will be billed at replacement cost.

8. Security Cameras
For safety and theft prevention, the studio is equipped with security cameras in common and shooting areas.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
No-shows forfeit the rental fee
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable

10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms
